Kindergarten with Extended Program No.1,

Our kindergarten is in a small town. It's a lovely kindergarten with 190 children, aged between 3-6 years old and there are 19 teachers. All teachers have specialized studies at the Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences and more than half of them have completed their master’s degrees. We are a dynamic, hardworking and friendly team, who wants to know new methodologies, share experiences and activities, expand the school network and meet new cultures and people. Our kindergarten provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere where services are offered one on one.

Our educational unit has carried out several educational projects regarding the protection of nature, ecological projects, and projects related to gardening and plant care. Examples of projects:
- “Little people, great facts”;

- “My little garden: The garden from my class ”;
- “Eco butterfly patrol”;
- “Young Nature, Young Soul”;
In these projects we made competitions, exhibitions, and outdoor activities, where the kids planted a variety of vegetables in the garden of our institution, gaining experience and knowledge, and we are sure that all the goals have been fully achieved. During the activities our children felt free, they could express themselves easily, they learned by practising, they realized that they are important participants in environmental education and they understood that they are tomorrow’s stewards of natural resources. We are very pleased that we can share our previous experience with other colleagues from Europe.
